A technical support contract with us means you are supported. We do not simply maintain your software or hardware, our goal is to offer you complete peace of mind regarding your IT systems.

We provide a complete 1st, 2nd & 3rdTechnical Support line technical support service, with trained engineers able to give you all the telephone support you need, as well as remote support or engineer call outs should that be required.

We know that support needs vary greatly from business to business and with this in mind we have created a number of flexible support levels to suit every budget and requirement.

  • Onsite engineers available even if you don’t have an agreement with us from as little as £35 per hour.
  • 24/7 365 days Technical Support available to ensure your systems are always taken care of.
  • Remote access so issues can be dealt with the moment you contact us.
  • Onsite technicians available for your business or home should the need arise.
  • Various 24 hour Software & Systems monitoring available.
  • Hardware & Software inventory checking also available.
  • Technical support packages available as part of other projects including project management and lease hardware purchase.
  • Additional support for contract clients is available; including one hour onsite support per month for the term of the contract!
  • Support during unsociable hours including late evening and Public Holidays also available.

Our Helpdesk & Engineers

At Source Technical our helpdesk is manned from 8.00 AM to 10:30 PM Monday to Friday and from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

This means that you'll have continuous, available technical support throughout all of the working day.

We have a team of over 30 engineers covering all IT Helpdesk areas within the Greater London region. Technical Support Contract account holders can call the helpdesk and we will arrange for one of our trained and experienced Engineers to visit you either at the office or at home to help you deal with any problems that can’t be resolved over the phone.
